Responsibilities

• Conduct land and building surveys including setting out, levelling and measurements.
• Prepare and maintain survey reports, records, and sketches.
• Verify accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations.
• Monitor settlement and dimensional accuracy during construction.
• Liaise with consultants/engineers for clarification of coordinates and levels.

Skills

Familiar with total station equipment (OS200, GM100)

Ability to convert raw survey data to CAD & PDF

Familiar with CAD and Google Earth software

Familiar with authority requirements (JUPEM, Majlis)

• Prepare and maintain survey reports, records, and sketches for all site activities.
• Verify accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations.
• Perform site boundaries and alignment checks to ensure correct positioning of structures.
• Monitor settlement, verticality, and dimensional accuracy during construction.
• To do joint survey with clients to prove the construction as per contract.
• To take raw survey data for as-built, setting out etc as instructed by Employer
• To convert the raw survey data into CAD&PDF format
• To prepare as-built/shop/etc drawing using CAD software for client’s submission & approval.
• Ensure setting‑out works are carried out accurately and timely to support site progress.
• Liaise with consultants/engineers for clarification of coordinates and levels.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies between site conditions and design drawings.
