CINTA ENGINEERING SDN BHD' is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor/Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Penang. As a key member of our Construction project management division, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient and successful delivery of our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
• Liaise with project managers, architects, subcontractors and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure seamless project execution
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as they arise
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
• Provide guidance and support to the on‑site construction team
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including site reports and progress updates

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor/Site Engineer in the construction industry, ideally within the project management domain
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials and quality control processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrated problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities to handle challenges on‑site
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications and contract documents
• Familiarity with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
