The Site Supervisor – Air Conditioning oversees the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems at project sites. This role ensures that all work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate air conditioning installation and maintenance activities on site.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Manage and monitor site labor, subcontractors, and equipment.
• Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and daily progress updates.
• Ensure the availability and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Train and guide HVAC technicians and workers on best practices and safety.
• Enforce adherence to company policies and procedures on site.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HVAC/air conditioning projects, with at least 2–5 years in a supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of air conditioning systems, components, and installation practices.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and site management protocols.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Valid driver’s license (GDL) to travel to job sites.
