Job summary

A construction firm is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee all construction works and ensure projects run smoothly. The ideal candidate will coordinate subcontractor activities, enforce safety regulations, and manage daily project progress. Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience in Road & Bridge Projects and possess a Diploma in Engineering (Civil). Locations include Johor, Rawang, and Selangor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience related to Road & Bridge Project.
• Overview of construction knowledge and sequence of work.
• Experience with Infrastructure Projects is an advantage.

Job description

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for :

Supervise all construction works on the project at the site, ensuring work is completed and runs smoothly.

Coordinate and monitor sub-contractor activities at the project site, and ensure that all works are carried out area to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, and work instructions.

To ensure work quality is achieved and safety regulations are compiled.

To supervise and manage daily project planning and work progress on-site

To liaise with contractors and workers for project implementation works

To assist the Project Engineer and support the project team

To assist submit in all documents, reports, and data

To ensure all materials delivered to the site are handled and stored appropriately

To report to the superior on the daily progress of the projects.

Arrange a regular meeting with workers or sub-contractors to match the targeted schedule and resolve site matters.

Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Civil), Professional Cert, Others or equivalent.

At least 5 years of working experience related to Road & Bridge Project.

To have an overview of construction knowledge and sequence of work.

Experienced withInfrastructure Projectswill be an advantage.

Working Location: Johor, Rawang and Selangor.
