Qualifications & Experience

• Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
• Candidate with relevant working experience in the construction industry is an added advantage.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Coordinate site works for one (1) or more construction sites.
• Conduct project site inspections on a regular basis.
• Good in handling site administration tasks such as site diary record, progress report, request for information, drawing interpretation, AUTOCAD, VO record and site measurement.
• Receive and check materials’ quality and quantity delivered to site.
• Verify and obtain approval on Delivery Order (DO) of materials arriving at site with the representative of the Main Contractor.
• Verify and obtain approval on monthly progress claim with the Main Contractor before the stipulated deadline.
• Liaise with and attend site meetings with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, Sub‑contractors and relevant authorities.
• Coordinate with Clients, Sub‑cons and related parties to ensure all works are carried out according to project requirements and meet the completion time.
• Responsible for managing materials, machinery, tools and site equipment effectively.
• Ensure that staff and sub‑contractors carry out their work in a safe manner.
