Our company is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor (Electrical) to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating electrical work on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and managing a team of electrical technicians and workers on construction sites
• Coordinating the planning, scheduling and execution of electrical work to meet project timelines and requirements
• Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations and company policies
• Monitoring work quality and addressing any issues or defects in a timely manner
• Liaising with project managers, clients and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any concerns
• Mentoring and training junior team members to develop their skills and capabilities
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to the electrical work

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Supervisor (Electrical) or in a similar role within the construction industry
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, installation, testing and maintenance
