To monitor the construction work on site and provide progress update reports and documents to ensure the project is on schedule.

To provide hands‑on planning and executive on project activities and logistic planning on‑site.

Able to coordinate and supervise sub‑contractor, suppliers and workers.

To inspect and control sub‑contractor’s work quality.

Willing to contribute or work for long hours before project deliverables.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) / Building or equivalent
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
• At least 5 year(s) of work experience in the related field.
• Hold valid CIDB green card.
• Preferably experienced Site Planning and Supervising specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structura and Architectural
• With proven track record of hands‑on experience are encouraged to apply
• Able to perform in experience of Structural / Architectural / QAQC supervisor
