Win Cent Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in Butterworth, Penang. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing construction activities on site, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, technicians and subcontractors on site
• Monitor progress and quality of work to identify and resolve any issues
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and site procedures
• Liaise with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of site activities
• Implement and monitor effective material and equipment management
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes

What we're looking for

• Significant experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreperson in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment and safety protocols
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse teams
• Proficient in problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution
• Familiarity with relevant construction regulations and industry standards
• Leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate site personnel
