Job description

Supervise daily construction activities to ensure work is carried out safely, on schedule, and per project specifications.

Coordinate and manage subcontractors, laborers, and on-site personnel to achieve quality workmanship.

Monitor site progress, track manpower and material usage, and report updates to the Project Manager.

Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and Malaysian construction standards (CIDB, DOSH).

Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures, toolbox talks, and site safety audits.

Assist in resolving on-site technical or operational issues and liaise with engineers and consultants for guidance.

Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, and documentation for project tracking.

Support procurement and delivery of materials to ensure smooth construction workflow.
