Site Supervisor (Building & Construction)

📍 Location: Melaka | 🕒 Full-Time | 🏗 Working Hours: Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervise daily site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to high standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, workers, and suppliers to maintain efficient workflows.
• Address on-site issues proactively and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records: progress reports, timesheets, and quality control logs.
• Collaborate with the project team to monitor progress and suggest improvements.
• Promote sustainability and enforce all safety protocols.
• Lead by example to foster a positive, motivated, and safety‑first environment.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety guidelines, and building materials.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Good planning and time management abilities.
• Familiar with construction software and digital reporting tools (a bonus).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various project sites (within Melaka).
• Able to work from Monday to Saturday.
