Job description

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities related to structural works.

Ensure site operations are carried out smoothly, efficiently, and according to the project schedule.

Liaise closely with the Main Contractor, consultants, and other trades to follow instructions and resolve site issues.

Attend site meetings and communicate Main Contractor directives clearly to site workers and subcontract teams.

Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and specifications.

Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage to ensure productivity and minimize delays.

Coordinate deliveries of materials and ensure proper storage and usage on site.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, site rules, and company safety policies.

Conduct daily site inspections and identify potential issues or risks.

Report site progress, issues, and manpower status to the Project Manager.

Assist in inspections, approvals, and handover of completed works.

Ensure good housekeeping and maintain a clean and organized worksite.
