Bukit Buloh Premix Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. As a full-time Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and monitor the work of construction crews, tradespeople, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, and safety protocols.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that arise on the construction site.
• Participate in the planning and coordination of construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and problem-solving.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor and report on project progress, quality control, and cost management.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the construction team.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year's experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction management role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment, as well as relevant safety regulations and best practices.
