We are seeking a Site Supervisor with a strong construction background to oversee daily site operations, coordinate manpower, and ensure all works comply with technical specifications, safety standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction workers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor and enforce compliance with construction safety regulations (OSHA, CIDB requirements, PPE usage)
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Plan daily work activities, schedule tasks, and track progress in line with project milestones
• Conduct regular inspections on structural works, site materials, equipment, and workmanship quality
• Oversee site housekeeping, welfare facilities, and adherence to safe work procedures
• Identify and resolve site issues, discrepancies, or technical challenges promptly
• Prepare and update daily site reports, photo progress, and reporting to the Project Manager

Job Requirements

• Malaysian citizen (compulsory)
• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related construction field (MANDATORY). Candidates without relevant education will not be considered.
• Possess a valid Malaysian driving license
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Willing to travel to different project sites when required
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply (training provided)
