• Monitor all structure works carried out by subcontractors.
• Conduct inspections on construction activities.
• Order materials and monitor quality activities.
• Attend site progress meetings and report on status.
• Carry out inspections and tests.
• Coordinate defect issues and carry out rectification works.
• Perform tasks assigned by Site Head.

Job description

1. Monitor all structure works carried out by subcontractors / workers in accordance to construction drawings, specification, method statement, work program etc

2. Conduct inspection on construction activities with consultant/architect/subcontractor etc

3. Order material on site and monitor quality related activities

4. Attend Site progress meeting and report on work progress status

5. Carry out various inspections and test

6. Coordinate with defect issue and carry out rectification works

7. Carry out task assigned to you by Site Head
