Job summary

A leading construction company in Johor Bahru is seeking an experienced site supervisor to manage day-to-day activities, supervise construction workers, and conduct site inspections. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of related experience and be capable of preparing site reports. You will be responsible for maintaining site safety and performance standards, ensuring efficient project execution while reporting to higher management. This role offers a comprehensive view of onsite operations and oversight of subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Implement day to day activities, and receive materials delivered to site.
• Prepare Site Meeting Reports and attend Site Meeting if necessary.
• Conduct Monthly Site Valuation with subcontractors, clerks of works and quantity surveyors.
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of the site and equipment.
• Supervise construction workers and subcontractors.
• Perform any other project duties assigned by the superior.
