Siacon Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our dynamic construction team. As a full-time Site Supervisor based in Johor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of our construction projects. Your expertise and leadership will be essential in ensuring our worksites operate efficiently and safely.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and coordinating the activities of construction workers on-site to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and to the required quality standards

Monitoring and reporting on progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise

Ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

Liaising with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders to communicate project updates and address any concerns

Providing guidance and support to the construction team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment

Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the construction project

What we're looking for

Significant experience as a Site Supervisor or Construction Foreperson, with a proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects

Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management principles, and health and safety regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders

Problem-solving skills and the ability to make timely decisions to keep projects on track

A collaborative mindset and the ability to lead and motivate a team

Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering or a related field
