Total Investment Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Ipoh, Perak. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you’ll be doing

• Coordinate and supervise the work of construction teams, including tradespeople, labourers, and subcontractors
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental policies, and quality control measures
• Manage the allocation of resources, including equipment, materials, and labour, to optimise efficiency and productivity
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide progress updates and address any issues or concerns
• Identify and resolve any problems or conflicts that arise on the construction site in a timely and effective manner
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the project, including timesheets, inventory, and quality control reports
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the construction team

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction management role with CIDB green card and skill certificate
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment, as well as relevant safety regulations and industry best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and technical specifications
• Demonstrated problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, with a focus on finding practical solutions
• Familiarity with project management software and tools, such as scheduling and budgeting applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
