Sai Asia Builders Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing team in Sungai Petani, Kedah. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career development and advancement.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating and supervising construction activities on site to ensure efficient project execution
• Overseeing the work of construction crews, subcontractors, management/landlord and other personnel to maintain productivity and quality
• Monitoring progress and performance to identify and resolve any issues or delays
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to the project
• Collaborating with the project management team to address any challenges or concerns
• Providing regular progress updates to the management team

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction supervisory role
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and drawings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiar with construction management software
• A valid construction site safety supervisor certification (CIDB, OSHA, or equivalent)
