Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage interior design projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and design specifications.
• Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities, including the work of contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel, to ensure efficient and timely project execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure project success.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and other project-related documents to ensure compliance with design intent and project requirements.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
• Manage project budgets effectively, tracking expenses, approving invoices, and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Proactively identify and resolve project-related issues, conflicts, and risks, implementing effective solutions to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and accomplishments.
