A leading renewable energy company is seeking a Site Safety Supervisor for their solar photovoltaic plant in Ipoh. Candidates should possess a Diploma in Health and Safety, have a valid Yellow Book from DOSH, and at least 3 years of experience in construction. Strong communication skills in English and Malay are essential, with Mandarin as an advantage. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the construction field.
• Hold a valid Yellow Book registered with the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH).
• Familiar with standard concepts and best practices for safety and administration in construction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures.
• Develop safety and health programs and conduct training sessions.
• Assist the Safety and Health Officer in developing site-specific emergency response plans.
• Support investigations of workplace incidents.
