Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Safety Supervisor located in Kapar, Selangor, Malaysia. The Site Safety Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing workplace health and safety compliance, conducting safety training programs, performing safety inspections, and ensuring adherence to safety engineering principles. This role involves investigating workplace incidents and hazards, recommending corrective actions, and maintaining detailed safety records. The Site Safety Supervisor will collaborate with staff at all levels to promote a culture of safety.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid “Yellow Book” (Site Safety Supervisor Certificate) issued by DOSH (Department of Occupational Safety and Health Malaysia / JKKP)
• Proficiency in Health & Safety, with a strong understanding of Occupational Health principles
• Knowledge of Safety Training methods and techniques to educate personnel effectively
• Experience in Safety Engineering and implementing safety measures on-site
• Skills in Accident Investigation and determining root causes of workplace incidents
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to guide and engage team members
• Certification in occupational safety and health or related qualifications is an advantage
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and Malaysian health and safety laws
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a safety-first mindset
