Job description

As the Site Safety and Health Officer at Infinity RC Builder Sdn Bhd, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our construction site personnel. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring comprehensive safety protocols, as well as providing guidance and training to the team. This full-time position is based in Kuala Lumpur, offering the opportunity to be at the forefront of our commitment to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring safety policies, procedures, and training programs
• Providing on-site safety and health guidance and support to all construction personnel
• Investigating and reporting on any incidents or accidents, and recommending corrective actions
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and industry best practices
• Collaborating with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to promote a strong safety culture
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to safety and health activities

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Site Safety and Health Officer or equivalent role in the construction industry
• Formal training or certification in occupational safety and health, such as OSHA or NEBOSH
