Job description

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the overall management of Legoland Malaysia by setting the direction and the pace at which the team moves.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and set up operations at assigned sites, including identifying suitable locations and coordinating permits where required.
• Oversee and coordinate daily site operations, including shift scheduling, manpower planning, task assignments, and team performance.
• Act as the main point of contact with site partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and a positive guest experience.
• Ensure photography quality meets company standards through regular quality checks and team supervision.
• Manage site equipment, IT systems, cash handling, and inventory to ensure safety and operational readiness.
• Enforce safety procedures, compliance with site regulations, and company policies.
• Handle operational issues, guest concerns, and partner feedback with effective problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Track and report site performance, sales, and revenue accurately to management.
• Drive site performance by managing key metrics such as revenue, conversion rate, capture rate, average transaction value (ATV), and labor costs.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations, profitability, and team performance; support hiring, training, and development of team members.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Marketing, HR, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and Inventory.
• Step in as Team Leader when required due to manpower shortages or business needs.
