Job description

Responsibilities

• Execute and achieve strategies and goals setup by the board of directors and management team.
• P&L management, ensure profitability of the company. Manage budgets and control operating costs effectively.
• Build the company’s organizationand team, nominate departmentmanagers and candidates for other key functions, train and develop the team, conduct performance evaluations, succession planning,foster teamwork, motivation, and a positive working environment.
• Establish management system, rules and regulations to cover all functions and activities of the company, ensure the implementationand compliance.
• Make annual resource planning including human resource, assets investment and etc.
• Plan, organize, and control thevalue chain andmanufacturing operations to ensure on time delivery to customers, monitor production output, quality, and efficiency against KPI targets, lead problem-solving and root cause analysis for product or process issues,
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
• Enforce compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Identify and implement cost reduction and productivity improvement projects.
• Handle emergency situation and crisis if any in a timely way
• Collaborate with headquarters in Europe and sister companies globally to support companystrategy andgoals as well as customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular reports on company operation, report urgent and importance issues to the managing director timely.
• Other tasks defined by managing director or board of directors.

Qualifications

Preferred can speak Mandarin.
