As a Site Interface Engineer at BRAMA IMPRESA DESIGN & BUILD SDN. BHD., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of civil and structural engineering projects in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. Working in a full-time capacity, you will be responsible for coordinating and communicating effectively between the various teams involved in the project, guaranteeing seamless integration and efficient problem-solving.

What you'll be doing

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all site-related activities, fostering collaboration and information sharing among project stakeholders
• Identify and resolve any interface issues that may arise between different disciplines, such as civil, structural, and architectural elements
• Participate in regular site meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and upcoming milestones
• Maintain detailed project records, including progress reports, site logs, and documentation of any changes or modifications
• Proactively monitor site conditions and propose solutions to mitigate risks or optimize workflow
• Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards
• Collaborate with the design team to address any field-based issues or requests for information
• Assist in the preparation of project handover documentation and facilitate the transition to the operations and maintenance phase
• Able to carry out any other tasks requested by Management

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience as a Site Interface Engineer or in a similar role within the civil/structural engineering industry
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field
• Fresh graduates or those with minimal experience are welcome to apply
• Strong technical knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Proficient in project management software, such as BIM, CAD, and scheduling tools
• Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards in the Negeri Sembilan region
