Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

Plan and manage overall project activities to meet targets on time, cost, quality, and safety.

Lead the site team to monitor site progress and ensure works follow contract, drawings, and specifications.

Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to solve site issues.

To prepare documentation, correspondence, claim, reports and site records etc.

Attend meetings and report project progress.

Control project schedule, and manpower planning.

Ensure all quality and safety requirements are achieved during construction.

Experienced in industrial building construction will be added advantages.

Willing to be stationed in Puncak Alam.

Liase closely with superior and other team members to achieve project goals efficiently.

Requirements:

Possess a Bachelor Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering.

At least 3-5 years experience in similar role.

Good planning, communication, reporting and problem solving skills.

Good leadership, able to handle multiple teams & work independently.

Proficient in Microsoft Project, Autocad & Primavera.
