Overview

• Site planning, coordination and execution of matters relating to the construction project
• Coordinating with sub-contractors on site work and resolve site issues
• Report to Project Manager on project updates
• Planning and order material
• Prepare inspection form and inspect according with RE/RTO
• Quality check and control for finished works
• Progress control on structure works
• Control material wastes, down time, rework and waiting time
• Plan and control site works
• Monitor site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced
• Read, execute and maintenance site master plan and schedule provided by Structural, Architectural and M&E team
• Ensure quality of work meets requirements of regulatory bodies
• Any other duties assigned by the management or superior

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering, construction, building, or related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in the related field.
• Experience in sourcing vendors and strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Can speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
