We are seeking a dedicated and organized Site Clerk to join our team at Oriental United Construction Sdn Bhd in Menglembu Perak. As a Site Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient day-to-day operations of our construction site. This full-time position offers the opportunity to be a key member of our administrative support team.

What you’ll be doing
  • Maintaining accurate records of site activities, including attendance, materials usage, and equipment logs
  • Coordinating and processing site-related documentation, such as purchase orders, invoices, and reports
  • Providing administrative support to the site management team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence
  • Assisting with the implementation and monitoring of site safety procedures and compliance
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders, including subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure smooth project execution
