FRK ENTERPRISE (M) SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Site Agent / Site Supervisor to join our team in Machang, Kelantan on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including tradesmen, labourers, and subcontractors
• Ensure all construction activities adhere to relevant health and safety regulations, as well as the company's policies and procedures
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and organisation of construction activities to meet project timelines and budgets
• Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to provide progress updates and address any issues or concerns
• Monitor and report on project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Provide leadership and support to the construction team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Agent or Site Supervisor in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications
