MSR Green Energy Sdn Bhd – Bachok, Kelantan

MSR Green Energy Sdn. Bhd. (“MSR-GE”), a leading EPCC contractor in Malaysia’s renewable energy (“RE”) sector, is seeking a reliable and well‑organised Site Administrator for a fixed one (1) year contract. The successful candidate will commence work at MSR‑GE’s headquarters in Kuala Lumpur for onboarding and preparatory support, before being deployed to the project site in Bachok, Kelantan in Q1/Q2 2026.

This role is essential in supporting site operations through effective documentation control, logistics coordination, reporting, and general administrative functions. The Site Administrator will play a key part in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day support for the engineering, construction, and quality teams throughout the implementation of a Large‑Scale Solar (“LSS”) project. An extension of the contract may be considered, subject to project requirements and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, organise and maintain all projects‑related documentation (i.e. drawings, method statements, minutes of meeting, correspondences etc), including daily reports, permits, attendance records, material delivery notes, and inspection forms for easy accessibility by project team
  • Support coordination of site logistics such as equipment deliveries, visitor access, accommodation, and staff mobilisation
  • Assist with preparation and submission of site reports, meeting minutes, and progress tracking documents
  • Coordinate timesheets, leave records, and claims for site personnel in collaboration with HR and HQ
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for site‑based administrative matters between HQ and site personnel
  • Maintain inventory records for site supplies and office consumables
  • Assist the project and construction team in day‑to‑day coordination and record‑keeping tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in a site‑based administrative role within construction, engineering, or energy projects
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks under tight timelines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with document control systems is an advantage
  • Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proactive and independent, with the ability to work well in a site environment
  • Possession of a valid CIDB Green Card is an advantage
