This position requires proficiency in Mandarin and English to provide quality service to customers in Asia.
Responsibilities
Provide professional support to customers in Mandarin and English via phone, email and online chat.
Guide customers to complete the online order and payment process.
Handle customer issues efficiently and elevate urgent matters when necessary.
Accurately record customer information and strictly adhere to data security regulations.
Work with the team to continuously optimize service quality.
Achieve the performance goals (KPIs) set by the company.
Qualifications
College or Bachelor's degree (any major, communication, English or related fields are preferred).
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
More than 6 months of customer service experience (any industry) is a plus.
Required Skills
Fluent in Mandarin level (clear pronunciation and fluent expression).
English B2 level (fluent in oral and written).
Customer‑centric, patient and empathetic.
Excellent problem‑solving and active listening skills.
Able to adapt to a fast‑paced work environment.
Typing speed: 40 words/minute with over 90% accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Skills
More than 6 months of customer service experience (any industry) is a plus.
Pay range and compensation package
Salary Range: RM4500-RM6000
