Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work & completion time.
• Ensure production according to specifications.
• Produce quality work.
• Maintain cleanliness & neatness of the shop floor.
• Monitor & maintain overall office maintenance.
• Oversee material arrangement for production like wire and labeling.
• Manage panel allocation & arrangement on the shop floor.
• Maintain all machines & tools.
• Coordinate with the Engineering Department for drawings, schedules, and tools.
• Handle procurement for required materials.
• Manage logistics for packing & shipment.
• Ensure timely supplier panel delivery.

• Overlooking & arranging material for production such as wire, label, wiring document & marking machines.
• Responsible for the panel allocation & arrangement on the shop floor.
• Keep all machine & tools well maintained.
• Proper Co-ordination with Engineering Department for detail like drawing, manpower schedule, tools, manufacturing plan (PPM meeting).
• Procurement for required material.
• Logistics for packing & shipment.
• Supplier for panel delivery & scheduled.
• Task delegated by Management from time to time.
