HR Manager – Employee Relations & Compliance (Chinese Speaker) – Mid Valley

We are looking for a meticulous and driven HR Manager to ensure operational excellence across our HR functions. This position requires a bilingual professional who can seamlessly execute strategies and maintain robust HR systems on the ground.

Core Duties
  • Execute full-cycle recruitment and analyze hiring metrics weekly.
  • Manage labor contracts, renewals, terminations, and resolve ER issues.
  • Handle payroll calculations, statutory filings, and market compensation research.
  • Facilitate performance appraisal cycles and coordinate relevant training.
  • Maintain secure employee data and liaise with external partners (government, vendors).
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant HR management experience.
  • Exceptional command of Mandarin and English is a strict requirement.
  • Technically proficient across all HR disciplines and local labor laws.
  • A problem-solver with excellent coordination skills and high integrity.
  • Able to work under pressure, take ownership, and adapt to business needs.
