Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or import/export operations.
• Strong understanding of shipping terms like FOB, CIF, EXW, FCA, DAP.
• Knowledge of customs procedures and documentation will be an added advantage.
• Good command of English, Malay, and Mandarin is an advantage.
• Able to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Handle all import and export documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian Customs and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and monitor shipment status.
• Request freight quotations and verify invoices.
• Liaise with suppliers and maintain accurate shipment records.
