Create long-term plans for transportation, warehousing, and distribution that support company growth and market expansion.
Ensure the smooth execution of transportation (inbound/outbound), warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Select, negotiate with, and manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers.
Develop contingency plans and insurance strategies to mitigate risks in the supply chain.
Ensure logistics processes meet or exceed customer expectations for delivery speed, reliability, and communication.
Work closely with Operations, Procurement, and Finance to align logistics with sales forecasts, production schedules, and inventory plans.
Work together with HQ team on the low quantity raw material and ensure timely placement of purchase orders.
Follow up and working closely with local supplier for on-time delivery.
