Job Summary

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for taking customers’ orders, answering questions, and making recommendations on menu items, serving food/beverages to customers, and performing cashiering duties. He/she is responsible for supervising staff working the floor, assigning their workstations, resolving work-related problems and ensuring the shift runs smoothly.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • To provide excellent customer service to guests in a timely and friendly manner, ensuring diners a pleasant dining experience.
  • All the service aspects with gradual introduction to management tasks and roles.
  • Upsell promotional items.
  • Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained and comply.
  • Work together with other team members to provide good quality service.
  • Execute any other duties as assigned.
