Qualifications

  • Good command of Mandarin (reading & writing); able to communicate in basic English and Malay.
  • Proactive, strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of production supervision or management experience; automotive parts or manufacturing experience is an added advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work independently with high accountability and stress tolerance.
  • Able to work in a shop‑floor environment, and willing to work shifts & overtime (OT allowance provided).
  • Strong leadership, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Proficient in ERP / MES systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiar with Lean Production and safety management systems.
  • Salary will be commensurate with relevant experience and capability.
Responsibility
1. KPI Management
  • Develop annual and monthly production plans and ensure timely execution.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly review meetings to evaluate output, progress and quality performance.
  • Resolve production abnormalities promptly to ensure stable output, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Perform daily production data analysis and propose improvement actions to enhance quality and reduce cost.
  • Prepare and submit regular work plans and production reports.
2. Cost Control
  • Monitor labor hours and equipment efficiency; optimize workflow and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Control material and consumable usage to reduce waste and improve utilization.
  • Support equipment and process teams in energy management to reduce utility consumption.
  • Manage manpower structure, attendance and retention rate.
  • Prepare monthly cost analysis reports and follow up on improvement actions.
3. Safety & Accident Prevention
  • Organize regular safety and fire drills; promote safety awareness.
  • Implement risk identification and assessment on the production floor to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Enforce safe and clean production practices.
  • Maintain accident records, conduct monthly analysis and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Prepare incident reports and improvement reports.
4. Team Development
  • Manage onboarding training and evaluations for new employees.
  • Supervise daily performance reviews conducted by line leaders.
  • Organize team‑building activities to enhance execution and management capabilities.
  • Conduct quarterly performance evaluations and provide improvement feedback.
  • Monitor staff attendance and performance to ensure stable long‑term team development.
