Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, test, and commission UPS systems, PDUs, Busway, and associated electrical systems at customer sites.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot system faults to ensure uptime and performance.
  • Support service calls and emergency interventions for power system failures or alarms.
  • Assist project teams during implementation, ensuring all electrical work aligns with design and compliance standards.
  • Maintain detailed service records, reports, and customer feedback.
  • Provide training and handover support to customers post-installation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for spare parts, upgrades, and technical support.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Power Engineering.
  • 3+ years hands‑on experience in installation and maintenance of UPS systems, PDUs, or electrical distribution systems.
  • Familiarity with major UPS brands is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
  • Strong understanding of safety and compliance standards (e.g., IEC, local electrical codes).
  • Willingness to travel and perform fieldwork at customer locations.
