Job description

Provide on-site inspections, technical support, and ensure compliance with industry safety and quality standards.

Carry out service, maintenance, commissioning, troubleshooting, installation, repair and any other specialist service.

Maintain detailed records and documentation related of repairs, and maintenance services performed.

Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.

Perform any other duties from time to time, whether ad-hoc or otherwise, as assigned by your superior or management.

Able to travel either local or overseas.

Job Requirements:

Possess at least diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics.

Prefer candidates with minimum 1-3 years working experience in field service technician, however, fresh graduates is welcome.

Multi-lingual skills in speaking and writing in Bahasa, Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Ability to read and interpret layout drawing, technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.

Computer proficiency: Microsoft Excel, Word.

Candidate must possess own transport.

Willing to travel locally and outstation (Allowance provided).

Applicant must be willing to based in Simpang Ampat, Penang.
