We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead and manage the after‑sales service operations at our Toyota outlet in Batu Pahat, Johor. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth workshop operations, high customer satisfaction, and achievement of service KPIs in line with company and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall service centre operations including service advisors, technicians, warranty, and support staff.
- Ensure workshop productivity, efficiency, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
- Monitor and improve CSI/SSI performance and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Plan and control service revenue, cost management, and monthly performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, SOPs, and audit requirements.
- Oversee warranty submissions, service campaigns, and recall activities.
- Develop, coach, and motivate service team to enhance performance and skill levels.
- Prepare and review service reports, KPIs, and operational analysis for management.
- Coordinate closely with Parts, Sales, and Management to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5–8 years of experience in automotive after‑sales, with minimum 2–3 years in a Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager role.
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and customer management skills.
- Good understanding of workshop operations, warranty processes, and manufacturer standards.
- Able to work independently and lead a team effectively.
- Willing to be based in Pontian, Johor.
