Your Role:
  • Perform generator repairs in the repair center while ensuring an optimal balance of time, cost and quality to meet output targets.
  • Perform testing, installation, repair and conduct customer training at customer site in Southeast Asia, to ensure the good running status of the installed generators at customer site.
  • Packing of received generators for repair and deliver back to customers
  • Prepare documentation for logistics and repair log.
  • Proactively promote the service sales product to customer-by-customer visit and customer call, to support the service revenue growth of the repair center.
  • Collect customer info as well as install base info, to support the sales, application and business development activities.
  • Maintain the repair center’s test equipment to ensure its best efficiency of the daily running.
  • Able to support admin tasks to ensure repair center’s daily operation run smoothly without any disruption.
  • Any ad hoc assignment or projects by the immediate superior.
Your Profile:
  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in major of electrical and electronics and related.
  • Must possess knowledge and background with electronical logical circuit, electrical schematic, and components’ function (e.g., IGBT, FPGA).
  • Have knowledge and experience with the manufacturing equipment, technical process, and the application of the plasma generator in solar industry. corresponding knowledge of Low-E and Semiconductor industry is an added advantage.
  • Minimum. 3-year working experience in electronics field and related.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia language.
  • Knowledge in Chinese language is a must – require dealing with China counterpart
  • Strong sense of high integrity, reliability, responsibility, and customer orientation.
  • Able to multi-tasks and possess a positive mindset.
  • Eagerness to learn and relearn and with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to handle issue independently, open-minded and with a team spirit.
  • Willing to travel within Malaysia or SEA as and when required.
