What you’ll be doing

• Providing comprehensive technical support and servicing for our power electronics products and systems
• Conducting routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues
• Collaborating with our engineering and production teams to implement improvements and modifications
• Analysing performance data and generating detailed reports to inform decision‑making
• Delivering hands‑on training to our customers and end‑users on the proper operation and maintenance of our products
• Staying up‑to‑date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations to provide exceptional service

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a service engineering or technical support role, preferably in the power electronics industry
• Proficient in the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of complex power electronics systems and components
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and attend training sessions as required
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
