Job summary

A leading technology firm in Kuala Lumpur seeks an individual for a customer support role, providing assistance for Japan and Europe retail stores. Candidates should have a degree, and proficiency in both Japanese (JLPT N1/2) and English is required. Fresh graduates are encouraged as training will be offered. Job description
Overview

Provide a single point of contact for users.

Deal with management of both routine and non-routine incidents and requests.

Provision of first line support for incidents.

Takes ownership for listening to and understanding basic customer problems.

Ask relevant questions to resolve typically known problems within required timescales.

Know when problems are ‘beyond them’ and escalates so they can be resolved.

Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in any discipline.
  • Fresh Graduates/Entry level applicants who are interested to start their career in customer service field are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
  • Required language(s): Proficient in Japanese (at least JLPT N1/2) and English both written and spoken as to serve customers in the area of Japan.
  • IT Knowledge or SD experience added advantage.
Schedule / Location

Earliest working time – 5am

Latest working time – 10pm

Shift changes monthly between team.

Schedule = Shift (5am -10pm) rotation and 2 days off. 5days per week including PH and weekends. Work on PH. Follow MY PH.

Work Location/Project = Office / WFH (Hybrid)
