A leading technology firm in Kuala Lumpur seeks an individual for a customer support role, providing assistance for Japan and Europe retail stores. Candidates should have a degree, and proficiency in both Japanese (JLPT N1/2) and English is required. Fresh graduates are encouraged as training will be offered. Provide a single point of contact for users.
Deal with management of both routine and non-routine incidents and requests.
Provision of first line support for incidents.
Takes ownership for listening to and understanding basic customer problems.
Ask relevant questions to resolve typically known problems within required timescales.
Know when problems are ‘beyond them’ and escalates so they can be resolved.
Earliest working time – 5am
Latest working time – 10pm
Shift changes monthly between team.
Schedule = Shift (5am -10pm) rotation and 2 days off. 5days per week including PH and weekends. Work on PH. Follow MY PH.
