Job description

Responsibilities

• 1. Welcome and seat customers with a warm and positive attitude
• 2. Present menus and provide recommendations when needed
• 3. Take food and beverage orders accurately
• 4. Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
• 5. Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set
• 6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues politely
• 7. Process payments using POS system
• 8. Maintain cleanliness of dining area and work stations
• 9. Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• 10. Follow company service standards and hygiene practices
