  • Handle customer complaints tactfully.
  • Update customers on parts availability.
  • Prepare service records and documentation.
  • Possess basic knowledge in vehicle repair.

Responsibilities
  • Handle and ensure customers’ daily service requirements are fulfilled in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Manage and coordinate service appointment registrations, including walk-in and scheduled bookings.
  • Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service in line with company standards.
  • Coordinate with Mechanics / Foremen regarding current job status and repair progress.
  • Inform customers promptly and clearly on any delays, changes in work scope, or additional costs.
  • Handle customer complaints tactfully and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at an acceptable level.
  • Proactively update customers on parts availability and repair status.
  • Prepare service records, basic reports, and related service documentation.
  • Possess basic knowledge and experience in vehicle repair and maintenance.
