Job description

Anton Paar Malaysia is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Austrian company Anton Paar GmbH. Anton Paar develops and produces state-of-the-art laboratory and process instrumentation for research and industry. It is the world leader in the measurement of density, concentration and CO₂ and in the field of rheology.

Responsibilities
  • Handling the SAP ERP Module MM, SD as well as CRM Service and complying with the general processes defined
  • Inventory management: physically putting the goods on stock and maintaining the main stock
  • Follow-up calls to the customers for the “Waiting for PO” repair & contract quotations
  • Acting as a back-up for all other service activities in the CRM (service orders, return to vendor process)
  • Handling tenders and projects
  • Follow-up on outstanding payments with end customers
  • Supporting in marketing activities, such as preparation of fairs and exhibitions
  • Secondary responsibilities, as back-up function to sales/logistic administrator
  • General responsibility within the administration team
Your profile
  • Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
  • Experienced in SAP and CRM is a must
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • High sales-orientation and analytical understanding as well as the ability to work in a dynamic environment are important
  • The employee shall understand the basic principle and operation of the Anton Paar instruments and shall understand the instruments’ benefits for our customers and the main industries
