As a Server, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive. You are responsible for delivering a seamless and enjoyable dining and beverage experience, in line with Four Seasons’ renowned standards of quality, professionalism, and gracious hospitality.

What you will do
  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival and manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently.
  • Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Monitor dining room flow and seating availability to maximize efficiency.
  • Confidently present menus, explain dishes, and offer recommendations to the guest.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and take reservations as needed.
  • Coordinate with service and kitchen staff to ensure prompt service.
What you bring
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and courteously with guests of all levels.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly, professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
