Responsible for arranging operators, ensuring SOP and FIFO compliance, and providing daily reports (FG, transfer parts).

Kanban Management: Check customer website; print and prepare 4 kanbans before 9:00 AM daily.

Morning Briefing: Report previous day’s job status; highlight any issues.

Transfer Parts Report: Provide daily transfer FG quantity.

FG Report: Provide daily FG quantity at warehouse.

Manpower Arrangement: Assign operators for daily tasks; ensure SOP and FIFO compliance; monitor completion; report issues.

5S Compliance: Maintain warehouse in good condition at all times.

Training: Conduct training for new operators and retraining for existing staff.

Receiving Parts: Confirm actual quantity received matches DO; apply FIFO chop; submit DO for reporting.

FIFO Compliance: Ensure all parts received, transferred, and delivered follow FIFO; verify FIFO chop for supplier parts.

Monthly Reports: Provide FG and plating quantity report at the start of each month.

Stock Take: Perform stock take; ensure 100% completion before deadline.
