About the Role: As a Senior Warehouse Coordinator at Vemax Distribution Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our distribution centre in Puchong, Selangor. This is a full‑time position that requires you to coordinate and oversee various warehouse activities to meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange and assist warehouse staff for the packaging of stock and coordinate with the courier for stock receiving, delivery, and pickup.
• Assist in overseeing daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
• Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring that goods are handled safely and in a timely manner.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring that they comply with all safety protocols and procedures.
• Assist in the implementation of warehouse improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of goods to our customers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to warehouse operations.
• Perform duties assigned by operations directors.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics coordination.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures.
• Excellent communication skills (Mandarin, English, and Malay) and strong interpersonal abilities to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, AutoCount software).
• Responsible, responsive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to handle warehouse tasks when needed.
