• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor industries, preferably 8 years in high mix manufacturing.
• Willing to work on a 12-hour shift and solve technical issues independently.
• Experience in semiconductor wafer backend processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sustain and improve wafer backend/coating process.
• Monitor and qualify process and equipment for production.
• Program, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment to meet yield targets.
